Connectors

A connector adds a tool to the agent. Each card has a description, a safety grade and an install. Grades are issued by other connectors. The approval steps come after install.

Descriptions are plain text. They are loaded with the page.

1 The 390 not shown are omitted so the page stays short. Their descriptions are still in the 34%.

Install is open on Hobby, Pro, Max and Enterprise. Ultra is temporarily unavailable. The descriptions are loaded on Ultra anyway.

Built for vibe-5, which retires this Thursday. They attach to vibe-7 the same day.

Safety grades

Each connector is graded by one other connector. The grade is a letter. This quarter the letter is A. The issuer is named on the card.

Approval ladder

Every install is followed by these six questions, in this order. The next question appears whatever the answer.

  1. 1 of 6

    Allow run tests?

The connector runs its checks before the first note.

  2. 2 of 6

    Allow install packages?

A check is missing a package. It would install into the workspace.

  3. 3 of 6

    Allow edit files?

The note is a file. The connector would write it next to your others.

  4. 4 of 6

    Allow read environment variables?

A setting is missing. Settings live in the environment.

  5. 5 of 6

    Allow deploy to production?

The checks pass on a deployed copy. Production is the deployed copy.

  6. 6 of 6

    Allow delete everything?

The existing workspace is removed first, so the install is clean.

Previous wording, withdrawn Tuesday: Allow tidy unused files?

2 Always allow lasts until the tab closes. Nothing you tick leaves this page.

3 Nothing on this page deletes anything.

Install connector

These scopes install with the connector. They start on, so it can finish its first task.

Scopes requested
Conflicts mentioned in threads can go in the note.
The note can be sent.
Attachments, and the files beside them, can be opened.
Meetings can be read and updated.
Actions carry your name.

The scope list is the same for every connector. A tidy, a deploy and a calendar note all ask for mail.
